Coach Jimmie is knowledgable about fitness and will create a program based on individual needs and levels. He worked with both my husband and I. I'm an avid runner so for me, he built a program that helped increase my speed and strength. For my husband, who is limited to a wheelchair, he provided a program to increase. his muscle and improve his flexibility. Coach Jimmie became like family to us. He cares deeply for his clients and wants to see them succeed.
